By accessing or using YuaFomi’s websites, mobile apps, and services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements in your jurisdiction. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials confidential.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the community.

Community standards

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, defraud, or harm other users.
• Post illegal content or content that infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy.
• Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent security or rate limits.
• Use the Services for commercial solicitation outside features we expressly provide.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or relationship intent in a deceptive way.

Content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Services, subject to your settings and applicable law.

Paid features

If you purchase subscriptions or add-ons, payment terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are as shown at purchase and in app-store policies where applicable. Taxes may apply.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee you will find a match or any particular outcome. You are responsible for your interactions with other users and for taking reasonable safety precautions when meeting people offline.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YuaFomi and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) a small fixed amount where no fees applied, except where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account where the product supports it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or legal reasons.

Governing law & disputes

Insert governing law and dispute resolution (e.g. arbitration, venue) appropriate for your entity and users. Many teams choose the laws of their place of incorporation unless consumer rules require otherwise.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will post updates and may require acceptance for continued use where appropriate. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance.
